St. Paul school board town hall series slated across city

The St. Paul school board will host the first in a series of listening sessions Thursday, March 29.

Similar to legislator town hall meetings, the sessions are an opportunity for residents to speak with board members in an open forum with no predetermined topics. At least two school board members will be on hand.

The dates and locations of the listening sessions are:

— 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Neighborhood House at Wellstone Center, 179 E. Robie St.

— 7 to 8:30 p.m. April 26, St. Paul Music Academy Library, 27 E. Geranium Ave.

— 7 to 8:30 p.m. May 17, Highwood Hills Elementary School, 2188 Londin Lane
